Join Chef Guillaume Bracaval and Chef Kanji Kobayashi of Wakayama’s villa aida for two collaboration dinners. With a deep respect for the land and waters, one Michelin starred est presents innovative cuisine that is in harmony with Japan’s natural abundance yet rooted in classical French techniques. Echoing similar ethos and guided by the important of health and protecting future generations, two Michelin starred villa aida believes that coexisting with nature is key, and brings forward garden gastronomy with cultivated treasures hand-pick from their garden.

PRICE: JPY 60,000 per person with a welcome glass of champagne.
