Wine and Dine Discovery: Series

Designed by Chief Sommelier Yuta Yoshida and Chef Guillaume Bracaval, this six-month journey gives ‘wine and dine’ a whole new meaning. Join Yuta as he guides you through Japan’s finest wine-growing prefectures, one at a time. Explore native grape varietals, learn about local winemakers and compare Japanese wines with those from France and the New World. Afterwards, enjoy an innovative French dinner at est, paired with three superb wines from the chosen prefecture.

Scheduled once a month from April to September;

Dates:

1 April – Hokkaido

6 May   - Nagano

3 June  - Niigata

1 July    - Yamagata

5 August - Yamanashi

3 September - Kyushu region

Time:

Wine class from 5 pm to 6 pm at Social Room

Wine paired dinner from 6 pm to 7.30 pm at est
