The season for white truffles has arrived!
Adding a distinct and sumptuous flavour across our menus, we're using only truffles carefully selected from centuries-old Italian stores and trusted by chef Guillaume Bracaval for our delicate Autumn dishes, available from October.
White truffles are rare gems that add a mellow scent and seasonal taste to be found only at this unique time of year. We've prepared large truffles, but make a reservation soon as they are available for a limited time only.
